如果业主计划上涨年租金,必须按照RERA计算器的要求,至少提前90天通知租户。 租户有权接受或拒绝涨租,若拒绝,租户需在租赁合同更新截止日前至少60天通知业主并搬出。 根据本法2013年第43号法案,您的房东无权随意涨租,如果他/她这样做,您有权根据本法第26号法案向租赁委员会提起诉讼。 |
