经纪人有权根据阿联酋的市场经济环境调整租金上涨的百分比
ARTICLE 34 第34项条款
Term | 业主不得无故切断或妨碍租户要求该房产的物业部门为其提供服务的正当权益。如有发生,租户应及时向该地区派出所出示相关证明并停止业主这种不合法的行为,同时,租户也可向该区域的业主委员会提出诉讼并附上相关证明材料,以从业主方获得因其违法行为对租户造成损失的赔偿 |

若业主和租户双方发生纠纷且无法达成和解,双方均有权向迪拜土地局的租赁纠纷解决中心提起诉讼。 |
