IMPZ (International Media Production Zone)

IMPZ the International Media Production Zone of Dubai that is dedicated and designed to meet the unique needs of the global media production industry. It is a visionary project of Dubai Government under the patronage of parent company the TECOM Investments. It is been developed over a scenic landscape with manmade lakes in an area of about 43 million square feet alongside the Emirates Road.

IMPZ offers plots for the investors to construct residential provisions for families as well as for blue and white collar work, community facilities and various recreational amenities. The premises of IMPZ will include residential accommodation and facilities for the inhabitants and visitors.

Companies will benefit 100% ownership from the Free Zone privileges and tax free income.
