About Etisalat connection

There are following 2 ways to get connection from Etisalat

Sales representative: Etisalat will send their sales representative to your office who will guide you to chose a plan according to your requirement and will prepare application for connection as per your demand.

Etisalat Business Center: You can visit any nearest Etisalat business center and can process your request by filling application form.

Charges

New accounts charges will be as per your selected plan it will be mentioned on the application form. You have different choices to get connected.

Charges

Etisalat connection migration charges will be AED 150

To cancel your Etisalat connection, you can visit any nearest Etisalat business center and submit the application for cancelation. Cancelation will be subject to your contract. If you are disconnecting after completing your contract then there are no additional charges for cancelation. Simply clear your dues and apply for disconnection.

In case you want to disconnect before completing your contract you have to notify Etisalat business center or your Etisalat Accounts Manager minimum 1 month in advance. A penalty will be charge in this case of cancelation, as per your contract with Etisalat. Also, you will be asked to clear your dues to Etisalat. Once you submit cancelation request your connection will be disconnected within 24 Hours.
