水电局3个账号的区别

Premises号、Business账号及DEWA账号这3个账号有什么不同？


DEWA
Premises Number		       在迪拜，每个房子大门的门框侧面都钉有一块长方形铁皮，上门的号码就是开发商在交付房屋时水电局固定设置好Premises账号。无论是业主把房屋转卖或者租户搬到别处，该房屋的Premises号永远不会改变。这个号码就像每个房子固定的房间号一样。

DEWA
Business Partner Number

      正如水电局设置的Premises账号一样，水电局的Business Partner账号也是提前设定给固定的人的。如果您在水电局在您名下注册了水电账号，你就会收到这个Business Partner账号。这个号码在您将水电账户迁到新址后会用到。

      好处就是，在您将水电账号迁到新址后不需要再次向水电局递交个人资料，因为在您第一次向水电局递交Business Partner账号时，他们会在系统备份您的个人信息。
DEWA
Account Number		       在您为一个特定的房屋开通水电网时，水电局就会为您生成一个临时的水电账户。这个账户会在您申请注销水电网时同时失效。它主要用于分开记录该房屋的水电费。
